Established in 1991 by Victor Hammond and his wife Kristy, H&H was founded on the principle's of integrity, professionalism and accountability. Victor, a Marine Corp Veteran has been working in the construction industry since 1985. H&H partners with other industry leaders and teams with other experienced government contracting companies when the opportunities arise.
